Meal orders
Meal Orders placed and paid for, are for one (1) menu only and do not rollover to the following week, unless stated by the Customers.
When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv).
We use this information for billing purposes and order clarification. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
When responding “ROLLOVER" to our SMS system, Pwrmeals has gained permission to place an order on the customers behalf and take payment via eWAY. All details are secure & Pwrmeals will simply process the customers previous order in the system.​
Meal Alterations
Please contact Pwrmeals for any meal alterations before purchase to see if we can accommodate. There will be a service fee for any changes to individual meals. Service fee will depend on alteration.
Cancellation policy
Due to the nature of our business Pwrmeals requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by calling us on +61Â 403 987 134 or email pwrmeals@gmail.com .
