How long will my food last for?

At Pwrmeals your food will have an average shelf life of 7-9 days in the fridge. We do recommend eating any meals with fish within the first 7 days

Can I freeze Pwrmeals?

We recommend consuming your meals fresh while they hold their highest nutritional qualities. However, if you have plans on the weekend or are going away, your meals can be frozen before Use By date.

Will I receive exactly what is shown in the images?

Our meals are packed and portioned according to weight, which means the quantity/pieces may vary to the images.

How do I order?

Simply browse our online menu, add individual meals or meal plans to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready!

When do I have to order by and when is delivery?

Weekly cut off times and delivery days differ depending on your location. Please check our delivery areas for the most up-to-date information.

Do I need to sign up to a contract?

We have a no lock-in contracts. That means you can order weekly or whenever you like. Taste the freedom!

What happens if I place an order after cut off time?

We will always do our best to process your order for the next closest delivery day, otherwise your order will arrive the following week.

Please note: we do not typically deliver outside of our standard delivery days.

How do I pay?

At the online checkout, you will be asked to enter your details for payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX debit/credit cards, and payment via PayPal.

What if my payment has declined?

We will contact you if there appears to be insufficient funds on your account. However, Pwrmeals accepts no responsibility for any fees or charges for overdrawn accounts, so please check with your financial institution.

We are unable to process your order for delivery if your account has insufficient funds.

Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

You don't need to be home to receive your delivery as our product is delivered in a polystyrene esky with ice packs, which can hold a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours.

Your delivery will generally be left at your front door or gate unless you have advised a specific location in the delivery notes when placing your order.

What if I lived in a gated complex or in a high rise building?

Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex, such as a code or buzzer, or if it is okay to leave your order at the reception or the front gate.

Can I directly pick up my food from Pwrmeals?

Sorry! We don’t currently offer this option.

I didn't receive exactly what I ordered…

The Pwrmeals team is amazing at packing the tens of thousands of meals we send out each week, however please email us or give us a call on 0432720614 if there are any issues with the order you've received.

How do I recycle my box?

Our wonderful delivery crew can pick up your empty box and ice packs if you leave them out on your next delivery day.
